. Suitable warehouse or storage facility to keep the products
. All new design material must be approved by head office to ensure brand consistency
. All of the above should be ready before operation
. Capital investment needed is anywhere from $AU10,000- $AU100,000
. Contract period 5 years + 5 years option
. Minimum first year order: small country approximately $AU5,000, large country $AU20,000
. Market trial period is 3-6 months with market research
2. Marketing plan & promotion
. At least 10 -15% from total sale is spent on marketing
. Regular advertising to target market
. Promote our brand as “leading skincare brand from Australia”
. Event & exhibitions to promote the brand at least 1 – 2 times a year
. Ability to create brochures & promotional material in your own language
. Quarterly newsletter sent to target customers
. Website for customers and possible email marketing
. Monthly promotion with free gift or special discount
3. Sales Representative
. Experienced sales team, enough to present the product to target customers within the entire country.
. We prefer you use our Lanopearl display shelving
. We need to have access to your customer database & strategy plan for targeting customers
. Total sales should increase at least 10% per year
. Report of total sales should be done monthly or quarterly
4.Price
. Pricing must be consistent across the whole country
. Wholesale discount will be depend on volume
. Lanopearl policy is to lower the price for large volume sales. This is applicable for wholesale customers only
5. Support from Lanopearl
. Marketing support according to sales performance
. Artwork, poster, and brochure support. Standard material will be provided however for local promotions, it will be your cost
. We support part of your FDA application
. Yearly award for sales & performance achievements
. Master design for shelf & display material will be designed by Lanopearl
. Monthly training to update staff on product information
